Crust - In mixing bowl, combine
the crust ingredients. Pat evenly on bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Bake, then cool. |
1 1/4 cup flour |
1/2 cup margarine, melted | |
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Filling - Cream margarine, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled crust. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving. |

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese | |
2 cups powdered sugar

Glaze - Combine sugar, cornstarch
and water. Stir over medium heat until thickened. Stir in strawberries. Spread over filling. Top with cool whip if desired. |

3 tablespoon strawberry Jello | |
2 teaspoon lemon juice | |
2 qts. fresh strawberries, sliced and halved |
Cinnamon Tea Iced or Hot |

1/2 cup instant tea | 2 cups orange drink mix |
1 teasp. cinnamon | 1/2 cup sugar |
1 pkg (2 qt size) lemon-lime unsweetened drink mix (kool-aid) | |
Mix together and store covered. For iced tea - 1
tablsp. tea mix with 1/4 cup hot water. For hot tea - 2 teasp. in cup, add hot water. |

1. In large bowl, dissolve 2/3 cup white sugar and 2 cups warm water. ADD: 1-1/2 tablsp. active dry yeast. Allow to proof until yeast is a creamy foam. | |||
2. Mix 1-1/2 teasp. salt and 1/4 oil into yeast. Work in 5 to 6 cups flour. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface. Place in a well oiled bowl and turn dough to coat. Cover with dam cloth and allow to rise until doubled about 1 hour. | |||
3. Punch down dough, knead a few minutes and divide in half. Shape into loaves and place into two well oiled 9x5 loaf pans. Allow to rise for 30 minutes or until 1 inch above pans. | |||
4. Bake 350 deg. for 30 minutes. | |||
