4 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablsp. minute tapioca
1 qt. milk or about 4 cups
2 teasp. vanilla
bread (fresh or stale)
Break bread and add to mixture.  Bread will absorb liquid mixture.  Leave mixture slightly wet.  Bake uncovered at 350 deg. for 1 1/2 hours.  It it starts to get real brown - cover.  Serve warm or cold with/without milk.  Can add raisins.  NOTE:  use a 2 qt casserole to bake.
